Privacy policy

1 – Data processing

Personal data includes all information that relates to an identified or identifiable person (natural or legal). This includes name, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number or IP address.

We process two kinds of data:

  • Personal data that you voluntarily transmit to us, for example by filling in a reservation or contact form or by subscribing to our newsletter, but also your IP address.
  • Anonymous data, such as the time of connection to the website, the URL of the requested page, or the type of browser used.

The collection, processing and use of your personal data is carried out by us or by third-party service providers commissioned by us. Apart from these service providers, your data will not be passed on to third parties.

The personal data you provide us with is used solely to process your request. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 

2 – Collection means

We use three different methods to collect your data on our website:

Forms

When using a form on the site (e.g., contact, newsletter registration, …) we also record your IP address as well as the dates and times of sending. These elements serve as means of proof in case of abuse by a third party.

The personal data you provide will only be used to process your request. In case of direct contact by e-mail, your data is subject to the same rules.

Please note that we use the services of the Swiss company Infomaniak Network SA to manage our e-mails and document sharing.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that store information specific to your connection on your device (PC, smartphone, etc.).

We use two kinds of cookies on this site:

  • Internal cookies, which are used to manage your preferences (e.g. automatic login, language, etc.).
  • Third-party cookies, which are used to create analytical statistics so that we can improve our services.

Log files

Our Swiss host (Infomaniak Network SA) collects data each time a visitor accesses a website on its infrastructure.

This data includes the name of the site visited, the files, the date and time of the visit, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and version, the user’s operating system, the referring URL (the page visited just before), the IP address and the requesting ISP.

We are not able to suppress the creation of these files, which may be used for legal purposes.

 

3 – Third-party services

Hosting

Our service provider is the company Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland.

Newsletter

Our newsletter allows us to send you information and offers. If you wish to receive the newsletter, please provide us with a valid e-mail address.

You can revoke your subscription at any time, either by clicking on the link provided for this purpose and inserted in each of our newsletters, or by contacting us at the address indicated at the bottom of the page.

Our service provider is the Swiss company Infomaniak Network SA.

Google Analytics and Google Tags Manager

Our website uses Google Analytics (a system that allows us to establish various analyses of the frequentation and use of our website), as well as Google Tag Manager (a system that allows us to manage various tracking tags used on the website in order to know the habits of our customers, with the aim of improving our services).

The information collected includes your IP address, your configuration (device, browser, resolution, etc.), your access provider, the page consulted, the previous page as well as the various interactions with our site (consultation time, clicks, completed forms, etc.).

We use this data in an anonymous way (anonymization of IP addresses), in order to improve our services, but also to personalize the contents of our site.

Our service provider is Google Inc. located in the United States.

Other third-party services and content

Our website may include third-party content such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, social media sharing buttons or other elements.

This means that the providers of this content record your IP address or other elements. For example, if you are logged into your Google Account, access to a page containing a Youtube video may be attributed to your account.

We do not manage any personal data collected by these services. 

4 – Data security

We make every effort to protect and secure your data.

In order to encrypt the data exchanged between your browser and our website, we use an SSL certificate.

5 – Retention period

The personal data we process through our website are stored as follows, depending on their type:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: the data collected is anonymized, and we have set a retention period of 50 months.
  • Data entered in the forms: maximum 30 months.
  • Client: according to art. 962 CO (Code of obligations, Swiss law system), documents must be kept for 10 years from the end of the year (contracts, invoices, …). Working documents (texts, photos, etc.) must be provided in copy form and are deleted after use.

6 – Information, modification, and deletion of your data

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you at any time. In addition, you have the right to request the modification, export or deletion of this data, as long as there is no legal obligation to keep it.
